It is the client responsibility to inform Wax Technicians of any pre-existing conditions, limitations, allergies, or sensitivities which the client believes may be affected by a waxing service. Client must complete an Intake Form, and provide accurate and complete information therein, prior to each service appointment.
Client who experience unusual discomfort or pain or is otherwise uncomfortable for any reason during a service, should immediately inform the Wax Tech and ask that the service be adjusted or, ask to end the service at any time. If the client is still uncomfortable or discomfort is not relieved, the client should ask their Wax Tech to end the service immediately without charge.
Any concerns about a Wax Technician should be immediately brought to the attention of management before or after their service at which time they feel comfortable to discuss the matter.
Wax Land Inc. has a Zero Tolerance policy and illegal or inappropriate sexual advancement or conduct by client towards employees is not tolerated. The Wax Technician, may in their sole discretion, refuse or discontinue a service if it is determined that the service may be unsafe or cause unusual discomfort.
There is a Zero Tolerance policy on sexual or racial discrimination anywhere on the premises of Wax Land Inc. Wax Land Inc believed everyone is “Equal” no matter their race or sexual orientation and should be treated as such.
Wax Land Inc reserved the right to request a pre-booking deposit fees of $60.00 for a service value of $200 and above.
By clicking “AGREE”, you agree to be bound by these client terms of service as well as the terms and conditions on the New Client form, and those which are generally applicable to Wax Land Inc.
Wax Land Inc reserves the right to immediately cancel, modify, or restrict the service of any client at any time when necessary without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms of service.
